In most supermarkets, shoppers can enter a frozen food environment that extends as far as the eye can see. From the perspective of the shopper, the frozen food section is a store within a store.

This study examines how each frozen food category performs from the perspective of the supermarket customer, as well as demographic data indicating who the frozen food buyers are and the strength of each frozen food department with different groups of shoppers.

The statistical detail in this report reveals the course corrections needed by the frozen food retailer and by manufacturers in order to raise the performance of each frozen food category.
